Directions This meal is in special packaging, so you can heat it directly from the freezer! Preheat oven to 180C, remove sleeve and bake with lid on for 25-30 minutes, until piping hot, 75C or higher. Sit for several minutes before serving. Warning: Tray may burn if placed too close to the element. Simply remove the sleeve and microwave with lid on high (1000w) for 2-3 minutes, stir & microwave for a further 3-4minutes, until piping hot, 75C of higher. Sit for several minutes before serving.
